These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Test Spread toll. By downloading this tool, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Test Spread if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Test Spread's API testing tool (the "Tool"). By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Tool.
License
Subject to these Terms, Test Spread grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool for the purpose of testing and debugging APIs.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Tool in accordance with these Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:
Use the Tool for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Tool or its related systems or networks;
Interfere with or disrupt the Tool or its related systems or networks;
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Use the Tool to transmit any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful or disruptive component;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Tool or its related systems or networks; or
Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that appear on the Tool.
Intellectual Property
The Tool, including all software, graphics, logos, and other content, is the property of Test Spread and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the Tool except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TEST SPREAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOOL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEST SPREAD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TOOL OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT TEST SPREAD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Test Spread and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool or your breach of these Terms.
Modification
Test Spread reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Tool following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
Test Spread may terminate your license to use the Tool at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Tool.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Test Spread with respect to the Tool, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Test Spread with respect to the Tool.
